This is the KEY to being able to exempt yourself and your organization from various federal taxes.
Why?
Because you can’t get the 508c1a designation without having a legitimate and strong faith in a form of spirituality.
But that’s just the practical reason why you have to faith in a higher power…
The deeper reason is because you’re on this earth to do God’s work (whoever or whatever you consider God to be).
The Trinity Law Method is designed to bring you under Natural Law designed by God.
But this method ONLY works for those who are genuinely in service to others and are doing so because of a spiritual calling.
Requirement #3: The willingness to operate outside of the existing system (and try new methods to make it work)
The Trinity Law Method may feel overwhelming. Or you may believe you can’t do it.
But if you’re going to legitimately opt out of many regulations and taxes, change your relationship with the government, and serve your people and your creator at the highest level, then you have to be willing to try new things.
Remember, this isn’t merely a physical or lawful exercise in freedom. You’re embarking on a spiritual journey and have to become a new and improved person to reach the highest levels of sovereignty.

The strategy to leverage lawful instruments to build a bridge from the legacy legal matrix into the lawful world of the Private Realm can work just about anywhere, but the tactics will vary.
Common Law Trusts and Private Membership Associations, in general, will work just about everywhere.
The 508c1a designation is part of the US Revenue Code and must be established here in the states. It’s the key to being exempt from US federal income taxes.
Other countries have similar exemptions and exceptions but everywhere is different.
There will be many nuances with the Trinity Law Method based on the jurisdiction under which you live, the laws in your area, what you plan to do with this method, and more.
After the masterclass, you’ll have a clear idea of how each piece of the Trinity works and how to implement it with your goals.
Well, there are a few things you have to consider.
A PMA can potentially work for nearly any business. It allows you to cut out a lot of paperwork and requirements, remove certain regulations on your business, and give you more freedom to interact with your customers or clients.
You could transition an existing LLC to a PMA. Or start up additional services that are exclusively governed by a PMA while running a more traditional business like an LLC.
A lot of flexibility here.
And it’s up to you how far you want to take the PMA strategy of keeping everything in the Private Realm and not following certain regulations and taxes governing the Public Realm.
For the 508c1a, this establishes a church or ministry which creates an automatic tax exemption. But you can only get this designation if you have a spiritual faith and purpose for the services you’re offering. Or, if you create a new spiritual mission.
The spiritual purpose doesn’t have to be part of a recognized religion like Christianity or Buddhism, either. But you have to have a creed and a form of worship, even if that means you worship your own intellect and reason or your creed is to reconnect with the land for example.
You’ll have to create a creed clearly stating what you worship and why among other requirements that we’ll cover in the masterclass to establish a 508c1a.
But trust me, we will demystify every part of the Trinity Law Method in the masterclass.
Nope.
Many Christian churches and ministries do use the 508c1a designation.
But to use the 508c1a, you simply have to profess a spiritual or religious faith in something. That could be Jesus, the Buddha, Muhammad, the Universe, the land, or potentially even just your own mind.
There are 14 aspects the IRS looks at to determine if you are a church, but it’s a lot easier than you think to meet them and we will break down which ones are most important in the eyes of the government.
