Refund Policy
On all items we require that the customer contact us within at least thirty (30) days of purchase in order to qualify for refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, Live Free Now LLC requires a return of the original product or removal from access of a course, workshop, or membership.
A refund will be issued if:
- The physical product is returned to us within 30 days after your purchase.
- You receive a damaged product.
- If a virtual workshop/event/course, you request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- For in person events, you cannot receive a refund unless requested two weeks before the event start date
A refund will NOT be issued if:
- The product or bucket lid / seal has been broken or opened.
- The product is damaged after delivery.
We will not refund any shipping costs or pay for any shipping costs incurred while returning a product, unless a faulty product was received. If you purchased an item that came with Free Shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you seek a second refund after already having received one refund for a previous order, understand that you will no longer be able to do business with us in the future.

Payment Plans
Entering into a payment plan with Live Free Academy is a binding agreement. If you do not make good on your payment plan obligation you will be removed from all Live Free Academy community assets and will be barred from doing any future business with us.

Membership
Members subscriptions payments through Stripe will automatically charge the card you used when you set up the membership. You can access the My Account page at any time to cancel your membership.
Affiliates
The Live Free Academy affiliate program uses a 60 day cookie. Payments are made via Venmo, wire transfer, or other agreed upon payment method. The Live Free Academy affiliate portal keeps track of visits, referrals, payouts, and other pertinent information.
