One and two day in-person passes now available!!!
May 19th-21st will feature all of the presentations and workshops for the Summit
May 18th and 22nd will give in-person attendees the opportunity to go on off-site property tours to local farms for even more hands-on training
And so many more.
They’re going to reveal proven plans and strategies for ANYONE in any situation to acquire land, produce their own food, and build or join a safe, friendly, and pro-freedom intentional community.
Curtis Stone will lay out his complete framework for finding the perfect homestead property for YOU based on nearly 10 years of helping hundreds of clients find just the right land in just the right area at just the price.
He’ll show you how to evaluate potential land before you make the investment by drawing on dozens of real-life examples, break down the best models for success, and cover the major risks to watch out for and reasons homestead purchases succeed or fail.
Plus, Curtis will teach you how to understand the climate you’re in, read the geography, look for water, examine the broad socio-economics of the state and county, and get into the nitty-gritty details of any potential property.
Geoff Lawton will show you how to design your home’s landscape and personal lifestyle for off-grid living using a unique and exclusive “mainframe approach.” He’ll reveal how, exactly, you can supply virtually all of your needs in a sustainable way by following the right plan and using specific, proven methods.
He’ll also break down the most important and crucial priorities EVERYONE should focus on if they truly want to live off-grid.
Plus, he’ll open the floor for 30 minutes of Q&A, which means anyone attending in person or with a Virtual Immersion Pass will have the chance to ask a literal living legend any question they have about permaculture, off-grid living, self-reliance, or anything else.
Michael Reynolds will go in-depth into how he developed the concept of the Earthship – beautiful, sustainable homes made of recycled waste – and how it evolved into multiple thriving Earthship communities and a movement unto itself.
He’ll also share the 6 major principles that make Earthships amazingly resilient, how they naturally regulate the home’s temperature, and the best materials for constructing your own Earthship.
Plus, Michael will share his experiences in rebelling against state governments and bureaucracies to construct Earthships that provide maximum self-sufficiency outside of the system.
Patrick Wood will take you on a terrifying journey through the history of technocracy and transhumanism, its origins and inventors, and how the modern-day disciples of these anti-human philosophies are trying to forever reshape and reset society and humanity (and how we can overcome their wicked agenda).
Jack Spirko is going to reveal the almost unbelievable benefits of using “biochar” in your garden and farm to make the richest and most nutrient-dense soil possible for your plants.
He’ll discuss what exactly biochar is, how it’s made, and how you can make it in your own backyard using just a few simple tools and basic wood.
Jack will also break down how he’s incorporated biochar into his homestead food production system to methodically grow bigger, better plants every year (and how you can easily copy his results).
Cynthia Tina will reveal why interest in intentional communities is rapidly growing (hint: it’s because of the greater connection, purpose, and freedom you gain when living near like-minded neighbors).
She’ll share inspiring and insightful stories from her journey visiting 100+ communities over the past decade, as well as tips for how you can go about visiting intentional communities for yourself.
Plus, Cynthia is a “community matchmaker” – specializing in helping people find the perfect community for them – so she will share everything you need to know about ecovillages, cohousing, tiny house villages, community land trusts, housing co-ops, and more.
Mike Colomb walks you through the incredible world of Private Membership Associations to show how you can use PMAs to leverage the law against unjust lawmakers.
He’ll reveal the history of PMAs and their development as a potent force for liberty today, how PMAs conform to natural law and common law (and are legally upheld in court), and how PMAs lean on the First and Fourteenth Amendments to allow businesses to offer services to members without intervention from the State.
Plus, he’ll share little-known but 100% legal and proven ways to protect your assets, how you may become a legally “non-taxable citizen,” the resource for learning about and getting started with PMAs, and much more.
Ron Gibson will demystify the process of forming a land patent and the shocking ways in which it can protect you from the government and tax authorities.
He’ll go through how land patents give you more rights to your land than a simple title or deed, how you could make the land you own truly sovereign in the eyes of the law, and the steps you need to take to officially file a land patent.
Lee Nestor-Bigtree is a dedicated mother of two children and a founding member of the Waldorf-inspired freedom school Raphael Springs in Austin TX. She is a former PolyGram recording artist and a co-producer of the groundbreaking film Vaxxed with her husband Del Bigtree.
Lee will share about her experience starting Raphael Springs during the pandemic. She will explain the process of purchasing land and creating a Private Membership Association to protect the children and the school.
Now, in its 3rd year, Raphael Springs is thriving. Learn what it takes to create community and empower your children through your own educational safe haven!
Jesse Elder will deliver a powerful and practical presentation on getting sh*t done.
He’ll uncover the common reasons most of us are held back from achieving the things we want and know we need to do. He’ll demonstrate how to beat overwhelm and finally check off our endless “to-do” list. He’ll reveal proven tactics for protecting your mental and emotional energy from being sapped by potential threats and fear-mongering from the mainstream media.
And he’ll show you how to maintain calm during chaos and effectively move forward toward a life of unlimited prosperity and freedom that you make for yourself.
Lucinda Bailey and Kurt Nauck will tackle the most vital subject of all in their presentation: how to keep food on the table during times of inflation, food shortages, supply chain failures, and economic downturns.
They’ll show you how to grow food practically anywhere: the backyard, farm yard, churchyard, community yard, or no yard.
And they’ll tell you the absolute best type of food to grow so you never go hungry.
Derrick Broze will share his exciting journey of envisioning a community based on the principles of individual liberty, permaculture, and mindfulness … outlining it in one of his many books … traveling to Mexico to find the land to bring it to life … closing the deal on the land and beginning to build what he calls The Conscious Agora.
Derrick will lay out the entire process his team went through to make this multi-year dream a reality and show you exactly how YOU can make your own dreams of intentional community a reality faster than you think.
Kenny Palurintano will give you the essential and proven tools for making communities work.
He’ll show you the basics of the most profound interpersonal communication system ever developed for peacefully getting along with others. He’ll show you why community-building is a never-ending process and the best ways to go through it. And he’ll reveal the tribal tendencies all humans have that you must be aware of to properly function in a community.
Plus, he’ll share stories of specific communities that stay strong or fall apart (and what makes the difference), the tools and resources people need to learn more about maintaining successful communities, and how you can make yourself into an excellent community member.
Angel Robinson will open your mind to the possibility that anyone, anywhere, from any background, has the power to change the world for the better.
She’ll share her personal story of being scared and timid about making her impact on the world, how she became a change-maker, and how you can, too.
Douglas Stevenson reveals how to not just earn a living but build a life and career that is in alignment with your passions and ideals – and do it by surrounding yourself with a powerful community of like-minded people.
He will show you how to build community with people in your local area who share your values and worldview or take the bold step of living and working in a collective on commonly held land.
Through personal stories and examples of successful communities leading to successful people, Douglas will show you how to have the courage to step outside of the box into a new world of great possibilities.
Cynthia Lamb will open your mind to proven processes of manifesting your greatest desires.
She’ll reveal the key to getting what you want in life and give you practical methods for removing fear, mental blocks, and limiting beliefs.
Plus, she’ll show you how to foster a lifetime of success in any endeavor by focusing your energies 100% on creating your own reality.
Imanee and River Richardson invite you on their mission to revolutionize the way human beings dwell on the planet by working toward a new model of local communities living off their own land.
They’ll talk about the powerful influence of Industrial Hemp and what it means for our communities and the future. They’ll share their first-hand experiences of creating localized and decentralized models of living with a focus on Industrial Hemp.
And they’ll show you how to effectively return to the land through the right mix of education, agriculture, agronomics, and specific trade skills to build economically viable and uniquely healthy home communities.
Angele Miller will teach you everything you need to know about building a successful and highly profitable glamping business.
She’ll show you how to acquire the right property, develop the land, the ins and outs of creating a glamping resort, design your glamping homes, manufacture the right things for the glamping site, and so much more.
She’ll also reveal the importance of local partnerships, preserving nature, and creating the best possible experiences on your land to ensure your guests come back again and again (and you keep bringing in well-earned revenue).
Angele will essentially give you an A to Z and everything in between training on building a thriving glamping business without breaking the bank.
Kathryn Koniuszy will explore how to bring together the revolutionaries building a better future in the present, the insights from philosophers of the past, and breakthroughs in understanding the natural world to co-create a new shining world of freedom.
She will show how to expand your education, leverage your individual talents, and express your individual passions in your own unique way to create bold change in the world.
Nicole Sauce is a three-time speaker at the Exit and Build Land Summit and she’s often described as a female redneck Tony Robbins.
She’ll show you how to put down any of your excuses, overcome your limiting beliefs, break down the obstacles stopping you from living the life you want, and get out of your own way to get the homestead and community you desire the most.
Plus, she’ll share her unique experiences with the community that she built from nothing and why it’s become the most important and powerful source of her own freedom and prosperity.
More speakers to be announced soon!
Here’s just a sneak peak at a few of them:
Power Networking is perhaps the most important and powerful workshop of them all and will happen both VIRTUALLY and IN PERSON.
We’re going to empower participants to connect with each other in the most meaningful ways possible.
We’re going to help the right people find each other to collaborate on projects.
We’re going to facilitate connections between people that want to buy land together.
We’re going to link people who want to buy land with people who are selling land or plots on their land.
We’re going to pair people who have other real estate development opportunities with those looking to invest.
And ultimately, we’re going to help everyone find someone else who can help them move forward on their goals of living free on a homestead and community in the country.
IN PERSON Power Networking will be facilitated by Imanee Richardson.
VIRTUAL Power Networking will be facilitated by Cynthia Tina.
There are currently food, seed, and fertilizer shortages. Rationing food is a real possibility in the future. But you have the ability to be food self-sufficient right now and position yourself for maximum safety.
This workshop will teach you a science-based gardening method that maximizes yields while minimizing effort in any soil in any climate whether you plant in the ground or in raised beds.
It’s based on years of research by a renowned doctor and master gardener who ran a successful plant nursery for 20 years and then traveled the world educating people in 27 different countries on how to grow food more efficiently.
This method allows you to keep plants healthy by feeding them a custom-mixed fertilizer while making them less prone to disease and insect damage. Plus, it minimizes weeds.
And it can be used on a small scale by a home gardener or on a large scale by a mass market gardener.
After this one workshop, even complete beginners will be able to produce an abundant amount of food in their very first growing season. It’s the most important method every gardener can learn first, and for many others, it’s the last method they ever need.
The perfect homestead for you does exist if you know what to look for and where to look.
This workshop will give you a proven framework used hundreds of times in dozens of different states, climates, geographies, and more across a range of budgets to help unique individuals and families find their perfect homestead property quickly every single time.
Curtis developed this framework over 10 years of helping his clients move to the country.
You’ll be given a detailed deep dive into the exact step-by-step process you can follow to understand the climate you want to live in, “read” the geography of the land you want to buy, find excellent sources of water (a key component in good homesteads), examine the socio-economics of the state and county you’re moving to, and so much more.
This will be a streamlined version of the process clients have paid thousands of dollars to use with Curtis one-on-one.
After it’s over, you’ll be ready to go and find the perfect homestead for you THIS YEAR or the next.
Mike Colomb is an expert on Private Membership Associations and has been helping people legally do things like offer alternative medical care even in jurisdictions where Big Pharma and Big Medicine have lobbied against them. Or sell certain products such as raw milk even in jurisdictions where it’s technically illegal.
Ron Gibson is an expert on Land Patents and Allodial Titles and has been helping people legally restore their property rights, fight back against eminent domain, prevent their land from being taken even when the owner falls behind in property taxes, and more.
This workshop will break down the essential ins and outs of Private Membership Associations and Land Patents.
Then, Mike and Ron will open the floor for an open and unrestricted Q&A session where they will answer any and every question you have.

The Exit and Build Land Summit II went LIVE on May 13 through the 15th at the Bastrop Convention Center in Central Texas IN-PERSON and VIRTUALLY
Over 18,000 people registered to watch it online and over 450 people attend LIVE in Bastrop, Texas (more than 4x the number of people from the first summit)
“We went from not wanting anyone on our property to creating our own little intentional community. We currently have 2 full-time members and have 2 more making plans to arrive soon.
We made friends with other like-minded people, which in these times, is gold. It helped crystalize “who” our people are. Suddenly we went from feeling isolated and overwhelmed on our 7-acre property to having true friends who are willing to help us daily.
Come find your people at the Exit and Build Summit! You don’t have to do it alone. Be open to receiving new ideas on how to make your goals and dreams happen. All these great minds in the same room, magic happens and you will crush all the barriers stopping you right now.”
15-minute cities are just the latest version of “smart cities” designed to tightly control the human population.
Imagine living your entire life in a small home in a closed-off district where every home, car, business, and street corner (and even every person) is equipped with cameras, listening devices, and data sensors.
Everything you say and do is constantly monitored and recorded.
CO2 emissions are measured every day and certain behaviors and technologies are banned or heavily regulated to keep these levels as low as possible.
The energy consumption of streetlights, home lights, appliances, and more are also measured, with punishments for those that use too much of their “fair share.”
You’re only allowed to visit designated areas in your confined neighborhood.
You’re banned from using cars unless you have an expensive and exclusive permit pass to drive.
And even if you do drive, you have to go through multiple checkpoints to confirm a need to drive, otherwise, this privilege can be revoked at any time.
And your social credit score goes up or down with rewards or punishments based on your behavior, carbon output, and more.
Many of these measures have already been implemented in many cities throughout China and the cities of Paris, Madrid, Ottawa, Seattle, Milan, and Vancouver and dozens more have vowed to transition to a “15-minute”-style city.
You will be 100% dependent on them and their system and the businesses they allow to exist if you stay in their city.
Self-reliance and self-sufficiency will be effectively outlawed.
This is what makes 15-minute cities so horrifying. Once you’re in it, there’s virtually no escape.
This is why we’re helping as many of you start living as independently as possible right now.
We can create our own districts outside of 15-minute cities where like-minded people live close together, provide for each other’s needs, and secure each other’s liberties and do it voluntarily.
The truth is, we don’t need governments and corporations colluding to create “better neighborhoods.”
They’ll turn them into a nightmare.
You can live close to nature and have most or everything you need close to home.
You can live in expansive, open homesteads and communities in the country – the most natural way for humans to align with nature, their friends and family, and others.
You can produce and use sustainable energy voluntarily so you can live as happily and comfortably as you see fit.
You can grow your own fruits and vegetables and raise your own meat, and/or live close to those producing real, organic food so you can truly be as healthy as possible.
You can live in intentional communities that provide for your needs, maintain close relationships with your neighbors, and ensure peace, freedom, and self-sufficiency.
What sets the Exit and Build Land Summit III apart from the past two summits is we’re going to focus 80% or more on helping each individual figure out a real plan to actually buy land, join or build a community, and make a sovereign life in the country a reality.
That’s the motto – get your freedom community ASAP this year or the next.
No more excuses.
It’s time to get it done now.
This is NOT a passive, sit back and listen and clap and then go home type of event.
Sure, there will be plenty of motivation and inspiration.
And yes, there’s going to be a lot of knowledge shared and skills learned.
But throughout all of that, we’re going to challenge you to take real, serious action at the event, right after the event, and for months down the line until you achieve your personal vision of freedom in the country.
This is going to be more immersive and hands-on than ever before.
The opportunity for networking and meeting people is going to be at its highest ever. If you’re worried about “how do I find the right people to live in a community with?” This is how. The Exit and Build Land Summit III brings together the most qualified people for you to work with.
We’re trying to help you move to the country onto a homestead and into an intentional community ASAP.
You’re going to get the knowledge of how to do it. The skills to do it confidently. And the people to make it happen.
And we’re ensuring that no matter how grand or small your vision is, how big or small your budget is, or whatever circumstances have been holding you back, the Exit and Build Land Summit III accelerates you down the path to living free in the country.
And so much more!
And much, much more!
(Sign up by clicking the button above and then confirm your free pass OR choose a Virtual Immersion Pass or In Person Pass for exclusive content, bonuses, and more)

Below are the tour options that you’ll be able to choose from.
This tour focuses on homesteading on small acreages for maximum production of vegetables, animals and other farm products. It contrasts what to do when just getting started and what’s possible after decades of learning what works and what doesn’t.
Plum Fabulous Farm
Farm Tour
Workshop: Homesteading in Action & Bio-Intensive Gardening
You’re going to learn how to grow an abundance of food to feed your family and community.
Brianne, the owner of Plum Fabulous! Foods has been homesteading on 2 acres for 14 years and has been able to grow over 3,000 pounds a year on less than a tenth of an acre using simple, proven methods.
This tour includes a walk through her gardens and compost areas, a chicken and turkey run, and a workshop on bio-intensive gardening and homesteading tips.
She will also have her information-packed take-home guide, homemade bread & artisan goods available for sale. If you’ve ever felt intimidated about starting your own garden, you will leave feeling empowered and excited to begin.
Freedom Farms
Farm Tour
Understanding permaculture/agriculture integration on a farm
Freedom Farms is a 10 acre private property in Bastrop, Texas that is being transformed into a regenerative, permaculture farmstead.
The farm features a food forest style orchard gathering space, veggies, chickens, pigs, compost, EM, IMO/KNF and just about everything else, under the sun.
This tour focuses on growing the local economy by building a members-based food network at the town level to almost never need the grocery store again (imagine animal husbandry, food forests, beekeeping, lumber mill, pecan orchards, homesteading, healthy hemp homes, and more all owned and managed by residents in your local area).
Habitable Spaces
Tour of Homestead
Workshop: Fermentation & Cheese Making or Hemping Demo
Shane and Alison Heinemeier left New York City in 2012 to return to family land in Kingsbury Texas and build a farm and arts center.
The result of their effort is Habitable Spaces – a Texas based 501c(3) community arts and agricultural project whose purpose is to create an integrated, mutually beneficial environment where artists and the rural community can take classes, learn and share ideas.
The center is a fully functioning dairy goat farm and offers workshops and classes on sustainable farming, experimental building techniques, traditional craft, and fine art that began in 2012 with an annual Fall Harvest Festival.
Through their outreach and programming, Habitable Spaces has been strengthening the social, physical, and economic fabric of the Kingsbury community through arts and culture.
In 2015, Shane and Alison Heinemeier helped to incorporate Kingsbury as a Liberty City. The city was formed in an effort to preserve rural traditions from the urban expansion of nearby cities.
Swift River Pecans & The Hive Mind Beekeeping
Tour of Sawmill & Pecan Production
Workshop: Native Bat Conservation & Horizontal Beekeeping
Swift River Pecans oversees two pecan orchards totaling 266 acres located on the San Marcos River with over 1,000 planted and/or grafted pecan trees of 13 different varieties and close to 1,000 native pecan trees.
Their native pecan trees were planted by mother nature and some are over 100 feet tall and over 100 years old.
They’re constantly striving to learn new and more sustainable farming methods to be good stewards of the land and produce the best and most nutritious pecans possible.
Their most recent regenerative effort at the Fentress Orchard includes a bat conservation for native bats as well as a home to honeybees which help pollinate their local Texas wildflowers.
This tour focuses on both small and large scale animal husbandry as well as the importance of building relationships and networks at the town level.
Quinta Boa Vida Farm
Farm Tour
Workshop: All About Goats
Rita and Val established a 7-acre homestead, Quinta Boa Vida (The good life farm), in September 2021. They are brand new to the homestead lifestyle and knew nothing when they started.
On this tour, you will see how they jumped into animal husbandry with goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and more! They also have a small intentional community with the goal to make their own self-sustainable tiny village.
The tour will include a goat milking demo, milk tasting, animal playtime, and a hayride so you can see their master 5 year plan for the property.
Amber Oaks Ranch
Ranch Tour
Workshop: Backyard Poultry Production
John and Molly are the owners of Amber Oaks Ranch, a 70-acre homestead just south of Thorndale, TX established in December 2015. They’re going to reveal how to monetize your homestead and profit from rural living.
On their tour, you will get an insider’s peek into their lives working a thriving meat production system while still working full-time “day jobs,” and how they turned their passion (and costs) into a profitable pastured meat-based operation.
This tour focuses on the various methods of growing vegetables on both a small and large scale, establishing healing treatments on your property, and using rentals for income.
Dirt Candy Farm Tour
Farm Tour
Workshop: All About Sprout Production
Interested in starting your own small-scale produce farm in the Texas hill country?
Mitch and Tracey moved to Texas in 2020 along with their son, Sky, and immediately identified and fenced 2.5 acres of their 50 acre property and started tending to the land using regenerative farming methods.
They now have 1/4 acre steadily producing vegetables for their family and community. They are also adding AirBnB accommodations and have active “wwoofers” helping with daily farm work.
They will share their personal experiences with growing in this unique terrain, their vegan lifestyle, and relocating to Texas.
Mama’s Farm Healing Arts
Ranch Tour
Workshop: Raising Free-Range Egg Laying Chickens
Free-range chickens, perhaps more than any other animal, can help the thoughtful gardener create systems of soil and food bounty through their natural behaviors: scratching, pecking, hunting bugs, eating, laying eggs and manuring.
As such, they are an ideal “starter” livestock companion for homestead permaculture design.
Mama’s Farm, founded in early 2021 by Kerrilyn and her family, is incorporating rain-water catch, solar power, Miteleider above-ground vegetable & medicinal herb gardening methods and free-range chickens to the Permaculture Design of their 10-acre homestead in the Texas Hill Country.
You’ll learn about how to care for, protect and optimize your free-range egg layers while encouraging bountiful garden vegetable production, bug control and soil regeneration.
And you’ll discover how to sustainably feed your chickens using your garden compost and seasonally grown vegetables, and how chickens can contribute to the regeneration of your farm while being year-long food producers and comical entertainment.

The Exit and Build Land Summit Group on Telegram is one of the most valuable bonuses on this list and could mean the difference between finally achieving your goals or not.
It’s filled with regular people just like you who are committed to living as free as possible.
It’s got well over 2,000 members already, and everyone in there is either searching for more ways to get out to the country, expand a homestead, join or build an intentional community … or they’ve already done it and are now helping others make it happen, too.
I’m active in this group as are other members of Live Free Academy and the Freedom Cell Network.
You will be welcomed in with open arms and helped out with whatever you need to live free now.
We surveyed the United States of America and other countries and determined a few key areas ripe for building intentional communities.
We analyzed the laws, culture, climate, cost, and existing communities in these places to give you a broad overview of what you can expect if you choose to build your community there.
There is no perfect place…
But we’re confident at least one of these areas can give you the space and freedom to build liberty in the country right away.
We compiled a detailed breakdown of the top housing options for living free in the country, from homes built into the Earth to transformed agricultural structures to portable living spaces and everything in between.
We’ll show you what makes them uniquely designed for different environments, climates, and personal preferences.

Rebecca Powers-Bush is an expert on tiny homes, agrihoods (neighborhoods built around agriculture), and intentional community.
I sat down with her to discuss strategies and methods for shifting from city or suburban life to tiny living or building and joining an intentional community.
She talks about how to build and maintain a community, and how she helped manage a tiny home, agricultural-based community.
She also dives deep into the types of tiny homes you should consider (and those you should stay away from).
She shows how a trailer is a powerful asset to have on your property even if you don’t use it for your home.
Why intentional communities feel unnatural because of modern neighborhoods, but why they’re actually the most natural human arrangements and how to make them work for you.

Intentional communities can easily fail even if members share many of the same values but don’t know how to properly communicate with each other.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is the most powerful communication method for gently yet effectively getting what you want from others while respecting their autonomy and ensuring you treat others the way you would want to be treated.
This workshop will dive into the essential techniques of NVC that you can begin using immediately.
You’ll learn how to gain “consensus” in a group without coercion or argumentation.
You’ll gain a new appreciation for the power and importance of community building (and discover new ways to do it).
You’ll discover the truth about human tribal tendencies that no “individualist” can escape and how to use this side of human nature for freedom rather than domination.
You’ll hear real stories of communities that didn’t work and see exactly why they failed.
And you’ll hear stories of communities that are thriving and why they’re so successful.
Plus, you’ll be given a ton of tools and resources to continue your education in NVC.
