	YES  Curtis Stone's current freebie vids points out some good factors to consider in the land search.   Also something everyone must consider is weather-as-a-forced-multiplier ie geoengineering aside of economic threats to sustaining the property/people.   security of the land/people, trust, etc.   I highly suggest everyone read John Allen's autobio 'Me and Biospheres' to get an deep awareness the extent he and his troupe developed not only Biosphere2 but all of their enterprises thru the decades.  they are still friends and business partners half a century later.  impressive :)

	Vancleave Not necessarily! We found TX quite dry as we visited TX Hill Country & NE Central 2 weeks ago. People always assume AZ is Phoenix, but we live in Payson & we had record monsoon last year & all our reservoirs are full! This year it’s been good as well. Just sayin. Water is very crucial for homesteading, so we’re also looking in TN & MO that has more water as our area in Central AZ.
