The primary duties and responsibilities include: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential customers, generate leads, and build relationships to increase sales opportunities. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of company products or services, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers. Sales Pitch Development: Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer needs. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and sales transactions, and provide regular reports to management. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking sales, commissions, and other key metrics to optimize program effectiveness. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing training, support, and timely payments to ensure program success. Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive affiliate engagement and conversions. Program Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve program processes, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance affiliate experiences. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular program performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
