- Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- Sharing account access or course materials is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Refund Policy
On all items we require that the customer contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase in order to qualify for refund or exchange.
In order to quality for an exchange or store credit, Live Free Now LLC requires a return of the original product or removal from access of a course, workshop, or membership.
A refund will be issued if:
- The physical product is returned to us within 30 days after you have received it.
- You receive a damaged product.
- If a virtual workshop/event/course, you request a refund within 30 days of purchase of the workshop/event/course.
- For in person events, you cannot receive a refund unless requested at least two weeks before the event start date or otherwise stated on the in person event checkout page.
A refund will NOT be issued if:
- The product or bucket lid / seal has been broken or opened.
- The product is damaged after delivery.
We will not refund any shipping costs or pay for any shipping costs incurred while returning a product, unless a faulty product was received. If you purchased an item that came with Free Shipping, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once you have done two refunds, we will no longer service your Exit and Build aspirations through our company.

Any disputes that arise due to Credit/Debit processing will be handled by law.

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be handled in the US and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Members subscriptions payments through Stripe will automatically charge the card you used when you set up the membership. You can access the My Account page at any time to cancel your membership.

The Live Free Academy affiliate program uses a 60 day cookie. Payments are made via Venmo, wire transfer, or other agreed upon payment method. The Live Free Academy affiliate portal keeps track of visits, referrals, payouts, and other pertinent information.
