The Live Free Academy Empowerment Frame Work Will Help You Crush Your Goals

Since the Greater Reset co-creation wrapped up, I’ve been thinking about those of you who may not be where you want to be in life. I want to help you build success in ALL areas of your life, especially with your exit and build goals.

Whether you are struggling with your health, relationships, finances or struggling to get a business off the ground. This message is for you.

And if you are cruising and feeling confident, then this will be the opportunity for you to sharpen your saw. As Stephen Covey says in his book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People– sharpen the saw, keep improving, growing with self-development and training.

If there is an area in your life you want to improve or go deeper into, the Live Free Academy “Empowerment Framework” can help.

Live Free Academy’s Four-Part Empowerment Framework:

  1. Mindset
  2. Strategy
  3. Community
  4. Action- MASSIVE Action

Let’s take a deeper look into each part below.

#1 Mindset:

Let’s say you’ve been wanting to start that side-hustle so you can have more freedom in your life. But in your mind you are thinking: I can’t do it. I’ve never done it before. I’m feeling overwhelmed.

You won’t get anywhere with that kind of mindset. To achieve your goals, you have to let go of self-limiting thoughts and beliefs. Believe in yourself. Make a commitment and make a decision that you’re going to figure this out.

For example, I can teach the mechanics of the nuts and bolts of starting a side hustle.  But if the student faces the slightest sign of difficulty, or discomfort, and goes into their head, throws their arms up, and says- I’ve never been good with technology. Why could I figure it out now? Then they will never learn.

Push through that discomfort and recognize the limiting beliefs and the negative self-talk.

Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right.

This is why mindset is the first thing. Mindset is how we get out of our own way. You’ve got to be ready to not throw your hands up when you reach the first obstacle. Instead find a way over, under, around. Blow it up, flyover it. Whatever you have to do.  Keep plowing forward toward your goals.

An example of a mindset shift:

If you are initially thinking: I’ve always struggled with business. I’ve always worked for someone else, I’m not good at talking to people. I am not good with technology to set up a website.

You reframe it; I’ve struggled with technology in the past, but I feel so confident in my ability nowadays that I have this newfound passion for overcoming this great reset and creating a better life.

And then boom, that’s how it starts. Soon you will have your first little victory. Eventually you will pick up momentum. And it will all build upon one another.

Start by focusing on getting your mindset right. Overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. Commit to your goals. Believe that you can achieve success, and you will.

Remember: where your attention goes, energy flows, where your attention goes, energy flows.

#2 Strategy:

Come with a plan and set concrete goals. Once you become laser-focused on your goals, you will bypass all that other BS that everyone gets distracted by. Instead of going down rabbit holes, you start creating opportunities for yourself. Cranking out a better life.

After you’ve got the mindset right, then you come up with a strategy.

Alright, what type of business am I gonna start? What kind of side hustle? What opportunities are there out there?

When I think of strategy, I think of how am I gonna get from here to there.

It’s essential to write a list of your goals and targets. If your goal is to have a side hustle in the future, what does that really mean? Two years? 10 years?

And let’s get specific; What exactly do you need? You could identify your cost of living, and you think: I want to have 25% of my cost of living come from this outside-the-system side hustle. So I want to make $500 a month with my side hustle and I will do that by having 3 clients a month.

And if something happens that makes it necessary to rely on your side hustle more, then you shift those goals, come up with a new plan and set specific timelines and numbers to hit. Then you identify how you are going to hit those goals. Where are you going to look for clients? Who do you need support from? Who do you want to help with your business? How much do you want to make?

Write it down, reflect on it, rewrite it if necessary and keep a laser focus toward your target.

To sum up: develop a strategy for achieving your goals. Set concrete targets and create a systematic plan of action. Write out your goals and identify the steps you need to take to achieve them.

#3 Community:

Community is everything.

If you start a small business, a side-hustle, ect. find others who have similar goals as you and work together with them.

Live Free Academy is a very kind, very compassionate, beneficial community. So if you are struggling, if you’re looking for information, if you’re looking for strategies, if you’re feeling down and out on yourself and your abilities… Reach out to us, reach out to me, reach out to our community.  Lean on the community.

Not to mention, in the example of the side hustle, you start your tiny business then go to your community and start showing off your new product or service. There might be people who need your offer and who can benefit from your service. I found that on a significant scale, but even on a smaller scale, freedom people like to do business with other freedom people. It’s a win-win.

I did an interview with JP Sears a couple of weeks before he spoke at the greater reset. He said, “that was the best decision I ever made. Leaning into my principles. And I pissed off many people, but I found my tribe; my tribe showed up for me.”

Community is so important in achieving success. We can support one another in so many ways, directly and indirectly. Just knowing others are there for you can have a huge impact.

#4 Action:

The final piece is massive action.

How many of y’all are actively exiting and building? I have a list of over 29,000 people and hear great stories and see that people are. But I have a feeling that the majority of those 29,000 people are not actively exiting and building at all.

You understand what we’re facing. I know that you do. Unless more of us take action and exit, build, connect, and start relying on one another and trading with these alternative institutions it’s not a beautiful picture. It’s an ugly, ugly future.

But on the flip side, a more harmonious, freer, peaceful, and just society is possible. By golly, the future humans that are yet to be born, they deserve better. I’m trying to say this because I want to encourage you to find some motivation to take massive action, lean into your why.

Whatever it may be, find a strong why and a strong sense of purpose. I heard somebody say in my Live Free community group recently:

“You know you’ve found your why if it makes you cry.”

If you wish to change, if you wish to that side hustle, to set up a crypto wallet, to do 50% of your business outside of the system, to get 50% of your food from local food sources or your own property, you’re gonna have to take some massive action.

You’re gonna have to clear the way for that massive action. You’ll have to plan, find the right people, and get your mind right. And take responsibility for your actions.

Keep digging, and asking what is my why? You will find the motivation behind starting something great. It’s going to take some hard work. But things worth having take hard work.

Remember, success is a combination of mindset and hard work.

So if you are feeling stuck in a rut and unsure of how to achieve your goals, the Live Free Academy empowerment framework may be just what you need. Remember: mindset, strategy, community, and action.

You are going to pull this off. Align your mind. Get the right strategy. Find the right people to work with, to partner with, to engage with, to merge and network with. And take large action, to be the change.

Remember, to get something new sometimes you’ve got to give something up. Less Netflix, less boozing, less arguing, less spending time with people that gossip and drama, less gossiping and drama yourself. Heal those relationships that are taking up time and energy. God, by golly, I know what it’s like to be in a not-a-good relationship. They occupy so much time with the friction and the fighting and blah blah blah. So make a change. Set your time and energy to be harmonious to your goals.

I believe in you guys. Come on, let me know if you’re struggling. If you feel downtrodden, you feel despair. I want to encourage you to quit making excuses. Stop playing the victim card and step into your power.

Each and every one of you has so much greatness inside of you.

The more of us that recognize our greatness, who proactively exit and build then network with other exit & builders, the greater our ability to overcome all this tyranny and technocracy.

I promise, I guarantee it. But you have got to get your mind right. You’ve got to come up with a plan. Work that plan. Get out there, meet your people, find the community, and take massive freakin’ action.

With the right approach, you can achieve success in any area of your life.
